What started as a challenge to how the Human Design tool could contribute to the development of our exercise and movement project (Aloé Movement Studio), turned out to be a deep dive into each of the elements that make up Aloé. The journey proposed by Filipe took us from the individual to the group in a natural, empathetic, but also stimulating way!

Today, as managers/coordinators, we see more clearly and naturally the role of each person in this constellation that is Aloé. Not from a perspective of job functions to be fulfilled in a company, but rather how—based on each person's nature and characteristics—we can organically create a project/company that serves us. And if it serves us and makes sense, we are naturally creating the best conditions to serve those who seek us out, which is our definition of Success!
